1. I believe software should be free to use.
2. I don't believe in collecting user data, and I definitely don't believe in selling it.
3. I believe if you attempt to do what you think is good in the world, you will be rewarded. I believe in karma.
4. I believe in speed and highly performant software. I profile rigorously to ensure the fastest speed, primarily on macOS.
5. I am opinionated, and I believe the software should be too.
6. I believe in strong foundations. Making the smallest unit of the software as close to perfect and building from there.
7. I believe in heavily modular software codebases with defined boundaries and APIs to maximize efficiency.
